We trade online only and do not operate a public premises or accept visitors.

2. Research use only

All products supplied by TAD are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not medicines, are not licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnostic use, or any form of medical application. No therapeutic, medical or dosing claims are made.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acquiring the products for lawful research use only, and that you will not administer them to humans or animals or resupply them for such use.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may change without notice. Display of a product is an invitation to treat, not an offer; a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have concerns about intended use.

5. Payment

Payment is taken through the methods shown at checkout, and must be received in full before an order is dispatched. Prices are inclusive of any tax that applies at the time of sale.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email customerenquiries@tadpeptides.co.uk before returning anything: we will authorise the return and give you the correct return address. Items sent back without that authorisation may not be accepted. For reasons of product integrity and safety, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any use of the products beyond their stated research purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
