All TAD orders are sent on Royal Mail Tracked 24 — a fully tracked service aiming for next-working-day delivery across the UK.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are sent the next working day.

Service and coverage

We ship within the United Kingdom only, using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Every order is fully tracked, and tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders of £100 or more. For orders below £100, a flat rate of £4.95 applies. The delivery cost is shown clearly at checkout.

Packaging

Orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents.
