What are TAD products intended for?
All TAD products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not medicines, are not for human or veterinary use, and no medical, therapeutic or dosing guidance is provided.
Are your peptides tested for purity?
Yes. Each batch is assessed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for purity and by mass spectrometry (MS) for identity, and carries a lot number so its certificate of analysis can be matched to your vial. You can look up a batch on our Quality & COA page.
How are orders dispatched and shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; orders placed later, or at weekends and bank holidays, are sent the next working day. Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 24 within the UK only, in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. Shipping is free on orders of £100 or more; below that a flat rate of £4.95 applies. See our shipping & delivery page for details.
How should the products be stored?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are best kept refrigerated at 2–8°C, away from light. Bacteriostatic water is stored at room temperature. Handle and store reconstituted material according to good laboratory practice.
What is the bacteriostatic water for?
Bacteriostatic water is a sterile diluent used in the laboratory to reconstitute lyophilised peptides. One vial is included free with every peptide vial purchased.
How do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer. When you place your order we email you our bank details and your order number to quote as the payment reference; you then make the transfer from your own banking app or online banking, with no card details to enter. Your order is despatched as soon as your payment reaches us. Any additional payment methods will be shown at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery — please email us first so that we can authorise the return and confirm the address to send it to. For safety and contamination reasons, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be accepted. Faulty or incorrect items will be put right with a replacement or refund. Full terms are set out in our terms of supply.
Where are you based?
TAD is a UK business. The site is operated by TAD Life Sciences Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17357662, trading as TAD — Timeless Age Defying Peptides. Our business correspondence address is Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester M2 3WQ, United Kingdom. We trade online only, so that address is for correspondence rather than collection, and we are not able to accept visitors. Orders are dispatched tracked from within the United Kingdom. If you need to send anything to us, email customerenquiries@tadpeptides.co.uk first and we will confirm where it should go.
How do I get in touch?
Email customerenquiries@tadpeptides.co.uk or use our contact form. We aim to reply within one to two working days.
How should I store products before and after reconstitution?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) vials are best kept sealed, dry and away from light; 2–8°C suits shorter-term storage and −20°C is the reference for long-term. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, hold the solution at 2–8°C and work with it over roughly four weeks. Avoid repeatedly freezing and thawing a reconstituted solution. See our Storage & stability article for detail.
My order arrived warm, or the ice pack had melted. Is it still usable?
Lyophilised powder is comparatively stable at ambient temperature for the short periods involved in tracked UK transit, so a warm parcel is not normally a problem. Store the vial correctly as soon as it arrives. If you have any concern about a specific batch, contact us and we’ll help.
How is my order packaged?
Discreetly, in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents. Vials are protected for transit.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and a tracking reference is emailed once your order is dispatched.
What if a vial arrives damaged or broken?
Contact us at customerenquiries@tadpeptides.co.uk with your order number and a photo where possible, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for any faulty or damaged item.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At present we dispatch within the United Kingdom only.
What reference should I use when I pay by bank transfer?
Your order number, and nothing else. It is shown in large type on the order confirmation page, again with our bank details underneath, and in the email we send you. Put it in the reference box in your banking app, usually on the same screen as the amount. It is the only thing that links your payment to your order. If you have already paid without it, email customerenquiries@tadpeptides.co.uk with your order number, the amount and the name on your bank account and we will match it up.
