SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule agonist of the estrogen-related receptor (ERR) family — ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ — a group of orphan nuclear receptors studied for their role in cellular transcriptional regulation. It is a subject of in-vitro and pre-clinical laboratory investigation into ERR-mediated signalling.
